This is a plain-language summary while IHAI Health is a research prototype. A full policy will replace it before any service with real participants.

The website

No cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Fonts are served from this site.
Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) to run and protect the site.

They are for fictional information only. Please do not enter real names, personal or health information.
When AI is on, the text you type in the HCC intake or the help bubble is sent through our server function to an AI provider (OpenAI by default, or Anthropic) to produce a reply. Our function does not store that text. It records technical details only, such as time, model, prompt version and whether checks passed, and uses your IP address briefly to limit request rates.
Voice and video recordings and TCM Insight photos stay in your browser and are not uploaded. If you use voice transcription, your browser may process the audio with its own speech service (for example, Chrome uses Google).
“Save and finish later” and TCM Insight keep their data in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes it.
